Description
The Dublin Unified School District is seeking bids for the Emerald Glen Ballfield Improvement Project, which includes landscape and irrigation improvements. The project involves moving and/or adjusting irrigation, increasing field dimensions, removing infield fines and replacing them, and making baseball field improvements and adjustments. The contract price includes a base contract amount and an allowance for unforeseen underground conditions. The contractor will be required to provide a payment bond, performance bond, and insurance certificates. The project must be completed by February 28, 2026.
