Description
Central Washington University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide campus‑wide plumbing services and trenchless pipe rehabilitation (CIPP, pipe‑bursting, relining, etc.) on an as‑needed, on‑call basis. The contract will be a five‑year, single‑vendor arrangement with multiple task orders issued throughout the term. Bidders must hold Washington State plumbing and general contractor licenses, demonstrate a robust safety record, possess the necessary CIPP installation equipment, and comply with prevailing‑wage and insurance requirements. Pricing will be developed per task order after site conditions are known.
• Scope covers all plumbing, sewer, and water‑line repairs across CWU campuses, including trenchless rehabilitation methods.
• Vendor must provide a full suite of CIPP equipment, curing units, robotic cutters, inspection cameras, and safety gear, plus certified journeymen and backflow testers.
• Mandatory compliance items: WA State business license, plumbing & general contractor licenses, four journeyman licenses, BAT certification, EMR ≤ 0.90, OSHA logs, $1 M+ insurance, prevailing‑wage affidavits, and a diversity plan.
