BID #26042 Automatic Strainer Direct Replacement for North Oconee WRF

The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is seeking a contractor to provide an Automatic Strainer-Direct Replacement for ACC North Oconee WRF. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing strainer, installing a new one, and providing two new 16” Flange Gasket Kits. The contractor must also ensure that the site is cleaned up after the work is completed. The contract term is automatically extended for 4 additional periods of 1 year each, unless either party gives written notice of its intention not to renew. Key aspects of the project include: • Removal of the existing strainer • Installation of a new strainer • Provision of two new 16” Flange Gasket Kits • Site cleanup after completion of the work • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 • Registration and use of E-Verify for employment eligibility verification • Provision of insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability • Compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act
