Description
Judson Independent School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and inspection services for all of its campuses and facilities. The contract will cover routine preventive maintenance, annual safety inspections, emergency/24‑7 response, parts supply, documentation, and compliance with all applicable codes and safety standards. The award will be a price‑requirements contract lasting an initial two‑year term with up to three one‑year extensions, and the vendor must hold the required insurance, licensing, and certifications.
• Full‑service maintenance—including monthly preventive work, annual inspections, and 24/7 emergency response for hydraulic, traction, MRL, wheelchair and platform lifts.
• Requirement to provide parts, labor, warranties (minimum one‑year), detailed electronic reporting, and compliance with OSHA, ASME A17.1, NFPA, Texas licensing, and District safety policies.
• Vendor must submit a sealed envelope with a completed price schedule (monthly rates), all mandatory forms (Form A‑series, Form P, W‑9, etc.), and maintain the insurance limits listed in the RFP.
