Description
The Harbor Springs Public Schools is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey solution for the installation and operation of a wireless system. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary devices, equipment, and services to ensure a fully functioning system. The contract will include a purchase price, payment terms, and a warranty period. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, and must provide a non-collusion affidavit. The district reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice.
