Description
Rowan University is seeking a qualified, on‑call roofing contractor to provide inspection, repair, maintenance, and replacement services across all of its campuses in New Jersey. The contract will be awarded on a “most advantageous” basis and will run for an initial one‑year term starting 1 July 2026, with up to two optional one‑year extensions subject to annual budget approval. The contractor must respond to emergency calls within one hour, handle at least three simultaneous service requests, and submit “not‑to‑exceed” quotes for each job. The work is performed under a flat‑hourly pricing structure and requires comprehensive insurance coverage.
