Installations Sustainability and Facilities Management Analysis Services

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide professional services for Installations Sustainability and Facilities Management Analysis. The contractor will provide support services for the National Guard Bureau Headquarters, including Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) support, Real Estate support, Sustainability and Energy Management support, and other services. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services. The contract will have a base year of 12 months and four option years. Key tasks and deliverables include: * SRM support, including data analysis and consulting * Real Estate support, including review of real property actions * Strategic Communications support, including development of annual journals and newsletters * Budget and Program Planning and Analysis support, including research and presentation of budget solutions * Military Construction Budget Execution Program Analysis support, including conduct of audits and maintenance of financial databases * Facility Operations and Task Management Tool support, including analysis of funding execution and obligation rates.
