Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC repair services as needed at the Folsom Area Office complex and Nimbus Power Plant. The contractor will be responsible for responding to service calls, providing repair estimates, and completing repairs to restore HVAC units to normal operation. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a maximum value of $250,000.

* Responding to service calls within 48 hours
* Providing repair estimates within 24 hours
* Completing repairs to restore HVAC units to normal operation
* Providing O&M manuals and technical data for new equipment installed
* Maintaining a quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract
