Description
The United States Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for the HVAC and BMS systems at the West Office Building. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options to renew. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services, including tasks such as inspecting and cleaning filters, checking electrical connections, and testing safety devices. The contractor will also be required to provide a comprehensive monthly report detailing all activities carried out.
• The contractor will provide maintenance services for the HVAC and BMS systems, including chillers, air handling units, chilled water distribution systems, and variable air volume systems.
• The contractor will perform tasks such as inspecting and cleaning filters, checking electrical connections, and testing safety devices.
• The contractor will provide a comprehensive monthly report detailing all activities carried out.
• The contractor will be required to adhere to response and resolution times based on the priority of requests.
• The contractor will be required to provide quotations for items within the scope of the contract within 10 calendar days of the request.
