EUR/ATHENS - Internet Services for FCS

The U.S. Embassy in Athens, Greece is seeking a contractor to provide internet services for the Department of Commerce. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contractor must provide a dedicated internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 100Mbps and 6 public static IP addresses. The contractor must also provide a router and configure it to provide Ethernet to the existing customer firewall. The internet connection must be unfiltered and not firewalled. The contractor must also provide timely customer notification of faults and consistent monitoring of performance to accommodate peak demands and ongoing technical support. • Dedicated internet line connection • 100% network availability • Network speed bandwidth of at least 100MB download and 100MB upload • Fiber optic infrastructure with at least dual access-single home or full redundant • Timely customer notification of faults • Consistent monitoring of performance • Provide and support a router • Internet connection to be unfiltered and not firewalled • Include unlimited monthly bandwidth download
