J045--Preventive Maintenance Services for Catalytic System at the Generator Farm at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, is seeking a vendor to provide preventive maintenance services for the catalytic system at the generator farm. The selected vendor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the services. The contract will be a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(b) and 12.201-1(e)(3). • The vendor must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. • The vendor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services. • The vendor must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) defined by the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. • The contract is for a sole-source BPA, and the identified vendor is A.T.M. Sales or Service Incorporated, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) exclusive authorized service provider for TRIM-NOX SCR in Puerto Rico.
