Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract to an authorized Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for the lease of endoscopic video systems and associated components. The equipment must be fully compatible and interchangeable with existing Karl Storz endoscopic video systems currently installed and in use at SLVHCS. The requirement is for a comprehensive endoscopic solution to support multiple surgical specialties, including Urology, Otolaryngology (ENT), General Surgery, Gynecology, and Orthopedics.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price lease contract.
• The period of performance shall be for July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
• Interested parties must provide a capabilities statement not later than 03/23/2026 at 3:00 PM CST.
• The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services.
