Description
The Employment Security Department is seeking a contractor to provide evaluation services for the Washington Service Corps and Washington Reading Corps programs. The contractor will work as an evaluation consultant on two separate projects to evaluate the effectiveness of the AmeriCorps programs. The ideal contractor should have experience in evaluating national service programs and have the necessary expertise to provide high-quality evaluation services.
• The contractor will be responsible for conducting a formal evaluation of the programs.
• The evaluation should be completed by July 31, 2026, for the Washington Service Corps program and by July 31, 2028, for the Washington Reading Corps program.
• The contractor should have experience in evaluating AmeriCorps programs and have a good understanding of the national service field.
• The contractor will be expected to provide an evaluation plan and conduct the evaluation in accordance with AmeriCorps' performance measurement and evaluation specifications.
