Marketing Design and Web Management Services

The City of Colton is seeking a qualified firm to provide marketing, design, and web management services for the Electric and Public Works and Utility Services Departments. The selected firm will be responsible for providing strategic marketing and brand management direction, developing new brand assets, monitoring annual trends, and developing advertising assets and creative campaigns. The firm will also be responsible for creating production-ready files for various marketing materials, managing graphic assets and production files, and scheduling and facilitating monthly marketing planning meetings.
