Furnish a Washing Machine and Dryer Vending Concession

The Southeastern Louisiana University is seeking bids to furnish a washing machine and dryer vending concession for the Southeastern Auxiliary Services Department. The successful bidder will be required to provide new equipment and pay the University an annual minimum guaranteed commission of $10,000 or a percentage commission rate based on the gross receipts after taxes. The contract will commence on July 20, 2026, and terminate on July 19, 2027, with the option to extend for four additional 12-month periods. The bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 5, 2026, and submit their bid by May 20, 2026. • The bidder must provide a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the annual minimum guaranteed commission. • The bidder must provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the annual minimum guaranteed commission. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The bidder must provide a list of at least three universities, businesses, or organizations where they have provided similar services in the last two years.
