The Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) is seeking bids to supply 26,000 promotional giveaway items for the 2026 State Fair. The items are to be printed with ODHE logos in various colors and configurations, ranging from cooling towels to backpacks. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
