Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on the scale of a major port facility and the urgency of hurricane‑related damage, the contract is likely to be a multi‑million‑dollar award. Typical emergency debris‑removal and remediation contracts for comparable ports range from a few hundred thousand dollars for limited scope up to several million dollars for comprehensive, rapid‑response capabilities. Therefore, an estimated award value of $500,000 – $2,000,000 is reasonable, with the higher end reflecting extensive damage scenarios and the need for specialized equipment and labor.
