RFP Transit Advertising

The City of Rochester is seeking a qualified contractor to manage all aspects of transit advertising on its bus fleet and shelter locations. The contractor will be responsible for selling advertising space, assisting advertisers with design and production, installing and removing signage, handling billing and collections, and delivering monthly revenue payments to the City. The contract is a five‑year term beginning January 1 2027, with a guaranteed minimum revenue component and a percentage‑of‑sales component. Existing advertising contracts must be honored, and all work must be performed during non‑peak hours at the City garage.
