North Idaho College is seeking a single vendor to design, supply, install, tune, and commission a modern, scalable professional‑grade sound reinforcement system for the 1,100‑seat Schuler Auditorium. The scope includes full system design, equipment procurement (main loudspeakers, subwoofers, front fills, balcony delays, stage monitors, DSP, control software), installation, integration with existing Yamaha DM7 and Dante network, acoustic modeling, documentation, training, and a minimum three‑year warranty. • Supply of main arrays, subwoofers, front fills, balcony delays, stage monitors, DSP and control software.
• Installation, rigging, cabling, integration with existing network, and commissioning.
• Acoustic modeling, documentation, as‑built drawings, and 4‑8 hours on‑site training.
• Minimum 3‑year warranty with optional maintenance contract.
