Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography Services at the Rio Grande State Center. The services will include providing diagnostic medical sonography services to patients at the center. The contract will be for a period of 240 days from the date the Solicitation Response is due. The Respondent must provide information and affirmations as required by the Solicitation Affirmations document, including compliance with Texas laws and regulations, and certification of eligibility to receive state funds. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing diagnostic medical sonography services to patients at the Rio Grande State Center
• Complying with Texas laws and regulations, including those related to abortion, human trafficking, and cybersecurity
• Maintaining all necessary permits and licenses
• Providing a detailed disclosure of any court or governmental agency proceeding, investigation, or other action that may impair the Respondent's performance under the contract
• Certifying that the Respondent does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract
• Certifying that the Respondent is not ineligible to receive state funds due to any felony convictions or other disqualifying factors.
