Description
The City of Spokane is seeking an experienced concession operator to run food‑and‑beverage services at the Franklin Park Sports Complex. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of concession operations, including sales, staffing, equipment maintenance (with up to $3,500 annual city support), janitorial duties, compliance with liquor laws, and adherence to the city’s exclusive beverage partnership. Compensation is based on a 10 % commission of gross product sales plus a matching 10 % Leasehold Excise Tax, with the city covering utilities and providing a modest equipment repair allowance.
• Operate concession stands (food, beverage, alcohol) under a profit‑sharing model (10 % sales commission).
• Provide daily janitorial services and maintain City‑owned equipment (city contributes up to $3,500/yr).
• Use City utilities (HVAC, internet, electricity, gas, water) and comply with Swire Coca‑Cola exclusive partnership.
