60 MXG 4G Flightline Wireless Warranty and SIM Cards

The US Air Force is seeking sources to provide multi-year warranty and customer support services for its 4G Flightline Wireless Network at Travis AFB, CA. The required services include extended equipment warranties, tiered technical and customer service support, proactive system maintenance, and the purchase and integration of 80 additional SIM cards. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, services, and support to deliver these services. • The warranty and support services are for up to three years • The contractor shall provide weekly remote system monitoring, timely software/IOS patching, and on-site emergency support • The contractor shall provide tiered technical and customer service support available during standard duty hours • The contractor shall purchase and integrate 80 additional SIM cards
