CD8 Safe Passage Program Management

The City of Los Angeles, Council District 8, is seeking a Fiscal Manager to oversee the fiduciary operations of its Safe Passage program. The program aims to reimagine public safety by employing local community members as Community Intervention Workers (CIWs) to monitor park perimeters, conduct patrols, and provide overall management. The selected proposer will be responsible for establishing program processes, guaranteeing successful onboarding of staff, submitting timely payments, and tracking expenses. The contract value is up to $800,000, and the funding source is CD8 General City Purpose funds.
