Description
The Utica Community Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of Boiler Certification (B-2426-26). The selected contractor will be responsible for providing boiler certification services to the school district. The scope of work includes providing a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or key employee of the bidder and any member of the Utica Community School District Board of Education or the Utica Community School District Superintendent. The contractor must also provide a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance pursuant to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, Michigan Public Act No.517 of 2012.
