The Pease Development Authority is seeking a cloud‑based, single‑platform work‑order and inspection‑management software solution. The contract will cover implementation, data migration (≈300 existing workorders), a mobile application, GIS mapping integration, asset and inventory management, comprehensive security (MFA, NIST SP800‑171 encryption, penetration testing), ongoing support, and a five‑year firm‑fixed‑price licensing arrangement with optional one‑year extensions. The vendor must be on PDA’s vendor list, meet extensive insurance and cybersecurity requirements, and provide detailed implementation and support plans.
