Description
The Maryland Board of Dental Examiners is seeking a contractor to provide a MyLicense eGov system for managing dental licensing processes. The required functionality includes initial licensing, renewals, license lookups, fee payment, document upload, and licensee maintenance. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for annual renewals. The contractor must be a Master Contractor under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing the MyLicense Office software and ongoing hosting, system administration, maintenance, and support.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
• The evaluation criteria will include price, conformance to scope and requirements, and other factors.
• The agency Point of Contact will recommend the award to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer.
