Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a licensed contractor to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance (PM) and minor repair services for HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers, heat pumps, air‑handlers, condensers, exhaust fans, etc.) located in DHR county offices throughout the state. The work must be performed by Alabama‑licensed HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter personnel, with EPA‑608 certification for any refrigerant handling. A mandatory site‑visit on May 18 2026 is required for all bidders, and additional site‑visit dates are outlined in the schedule. All work must be documented with inspection forms, before/after photographs, and written repair quotes approved by DHR before any repair is performed.
