REBID Purchase of Sign Materials & Safety Products - HWY

The County of Ontario is seeking bids for the purchase of sign materials and safety products for highway use. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor. The term of the agreement will be from May 22, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two 12-month periods. The vendor must provide samples of products offered and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The vendor must guarantee that all work will be conducted in accordance with the bid specifications. • The vendor must provide progress reports to the County as directed. • The County may terminate the agreement at any time with ten days' notice. • The vendor must indemnify and hold harmless the County, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages.
