• Multiple colors and sizes: #10 windowed envelopes (four colors) and #9 non‑window envelopes (two colors) for Jacket 461‑825; plus a smaller mixed‑color batch for Jacket 461‑828
• Printing specs: JCP Paper Specification V20, black ink only, QR code on all #10 envelopes, strict window dimensions, fully‑gummed, commercial flap, quality level GPO PUB 310.1 (Inspection Level I & S‑2)
• Mandatory pre‑flight checks, one press‑quality PDF soft‑proof prior to production, packaging in cartons with GPO Form 905, shipment in 500‑envelope boxes (2,500 per container) and delivery by 11 Nov 2026.
