Description
The Office of the Governor is seeking proposals for comprehensive media monitoring services covering international broadcast, online, and social media platforms. The awarded vendor must provide real-time alerts, analytics, access to licensed content, media contact databases, and robust reporting tools. The platform must support a minimum of ten users with secure, unlimited search capabilities and archiving functions. Each participating agency will require individual logins, billing mechanisms, and direct access to support services. The contract will be awarded for a one-year term with an option to extend for one additional year.
