Description
Manchester Community Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of high school musical instruments and related equipment. The District is looking to replace, expand, and/or update student-use instruments to improve instructional quality, performance opportunities, and equitable access for students participating in band and music programming. The proposed items must be new, of high quality, and suitable for regular use in a school music program. Vendors must provide itemized pricing, manufacturer/model information, warranty details, estimated delivery timelines, and any proposed equivalent substitutions for District review.
Key aspects of the proposal include:
• Providing new, high-quality musical instruments and equipment
• Meeting or exceeding the specifications listed in Attachment A
• Providing warranty information, return procedures, and vendor support contact information
• Ensuring timely delivery and availability of proposed items
• Complying with the requirements of the RFP, including certifications and affidavits
