Description
The State of Mississippi is seeking a supplier for grounds maintenance services. Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, December 17, 2025, before 3:00 p.m. CST. The contract will be for a nonexclusive, negotiated contract. Suppliers must maintain adequate distribution capabilities and adequate stock of all items to ensure prompt delivery. The contract may be extended or renewed with proper documents signed or approved by the Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management.
• The proposal must include all information requested in the Proposal Format and Guidelines.
• Suppliers must furnish all information requested in the Proposal Format and Guidelines.
• Samples of items, when requested, must be furnished free of expense.
• The contract shall not be assignable in whole or in part without the written consent of the State.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals.
• The State is exempt from federal excise taxes and state and local sales or use taxes.
• Suppliers must quote prices which do not include such taxes.
