Description
The Clark County Department of Job and Family Services is seeking quotes for fire suppression system inspections. The selected vendor will be responsible for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections of the department's fire suppression systems, as well as any necessary repairs or replacements. The contract will be for a two-year initial term with two optional one-year extensions.
• The vendor must meet the county's insurance requirements and provide proof of experience and business references.
• The vendor must submit a quote that includes pricing for all categories specified in the response sheet.
• The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the requirement to provide any necessary repairs or replacements.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to workers' compensation, liability insurance, and professional liability insurance.
• The vendor must provide a certification of compliance with county insurance requirements.
