County of Calaveras Airport (CPU) AWOS Replacement Project

The County of Calaveras invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the AWOS Replacement Project located at Calaveras Airport, Maury-Rasmussen Field. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work. The project requires the replacement of the AWOS III P, installation of AWOS survey monuments, mobilization, airfield safety and traffic control, and other related work. The bidder must provide a short description of at least three completed projects, and the bid includes all applicable taxes. The bid will be awarded on the basis of the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, considering the Lump Sum Base Bid and meeting all other requirements outlined in the ITB. • The project requires a pre-bid conference on June 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT. • The bidder must acknowledge the receipt of all addenda. • The bidder must provide a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. • The bidder must certify compliance with state and federal law regarding the employment of undocumented aliens. • The bidder must certify that it has not been convicted of any charge involving fraud, bribery, collusion, conspiracy, or any other violation of state or federal antitrust laws in connection with bidding, the award of, or the performance of any public works contract.
