Description
The City of Dunwoody is seeking qualified firms, contractors, and skilled trade professionals to provide standby skilled trade services on an as-needed basis for City-owned parks, buildings, recreational facilities, grounds, and related infrastructure. The selected vendors will be required to provide a range of services, including inspection and assessment, preventive maintenance, repairs, replacement, installation, renovation, emergency response, and code-compliant upgrades. The City may award contracts to multiple vendors by trade category, and the term of the contract will be for a multi-year period beginning January 1, 2027.
