Wayne State University seeks to modernize its Core Network by procuring three Infoblox Trinzic X6 hardware appliances, associated software subscriptions, and multi‑year maintenance services. The university requires delivery of the hardware on or before April 1 2026 and full installation/acceptance by March 31 2029. Vendors must submit a single Excel workbook (or PDF/Word) under 20 MB, provide required insurance certificates, and certify compliance with non‑collusion, conflict‑of‑interest, and de‑barment requirements. The award will be made as a total package under a Strategic Source Agreement that may be renewed for up to two additional one‑year periods.
