Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through its Council on Postsecondary Education, seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive SAT (or ACT) preparation platform for GEAR UP Kentucky. The solution must include a user‑friendly software platform with practice tests, individualized remediation tools, data dashboards, and reporting; in‑person professional development for teachers; and SAT boot‑camp workshops for 11th‑grade students across eight partner districts (approximately 2,500 students). The vendor must also provide virtual training, secure FERPA‑compliant data handling, and a minimum 50 % in‑kind cost‑share.
• Deliver a cloud‑ or COT‑hosted SAT/ACT preparation platform for ~2,500 students.
• Provide practice assessments, adaptive remediation, teacher resources, and analytics dashboards.
• Conduct virtual platform orientation and three in‑person training sessions per district.
• Design and deliver teacher professional‑development workshops and student SAT boot‑camps.
