Gleneagles Aquatic Center - Pool Heat Pump Installation

The project involves the installation of two new electric heat pumps at the Gleneagles Aquatic Center. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, professional services, supervision, drawings, permitting, and all miscellaneous requirements to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The contractor will be required to provide a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion, as appropriate, obtained from the proper Building official, prior to processing of final payment. • Key aspects of the job include: • Installing new electric heat pumps to heat/cool the pool to temperature per league • Coordinating and scheduling all work with the Project Manager • Protecting all workers, staff, and the general public from injury • Conducting all work so as to cause the least interference possible with the normal activities of the operations of the facility and surrounding areas • Repairing and returning to its original state any damage caused by the contractor
