Description
The State University of New York (SUNY), Empire State University, is seeking a responsive and responsible vendor to provide maintenance and repair services to their boilers in the Union Avenue buildings in Saratoga Springs, NY. The contract term is 5 years, and the university reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible vendor meeting the specifications with the lowest Grand Total.
• The contractor must provide maintenance and repair services to the boilers in the Union Avenue buildings.
• The contractor must comply with the New York State Department of Labor's prevailing wage rate schedule.
• The contractor must submit their quote with the requirement that all wages paid to workers shall be no less than the minimum prescribed by the New York State Department of Labor.
• The contractor must return the entire RFQ submission to John Meaney at [email protected], no later than 2:00 PM EDT on October 28, 2025.
