Description
The City of Waco is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for approximately 740 fire hydrants within the city. The services include exercising the fire hydrants, conducting pressure tests, greasing various hydrant parts, and conducting minor hydrant repairs. The contractor will also be responsible for reporting non-working or irregularly operating fire hydrants and hydrant valves to the City of Waco. The contract period will run for 365 calendar days, with the option for two 1-year renewals.
• The contractor must provide a web-based dashboard for reporting inspection and maintenance results.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of five named user accounts for direct access to the dashboard.
• The contractor must upload inspection and maintenance information to the dashboard daily.
• The contractor must provide the City with an Excel export of all completed work on a biweekly basis.
