Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Minot District Office. The work includes daily cleaning of offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and shop areas; weekly window and glass cleaning; monthly cubicle and railing cleaning; and bi‑annual carpet shampooing and tile stripping/waxing. All work must be performed after regular business hours with a mandatory site inspection on August 20, 2026. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price agreement for an initial 12‑month term, with two optional 12‑month renewals.
• Daily tasks: empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, sanitize restrooms, restock paper products, clean breakrooms and equipment areas.
• Weekly/Monthly tasks: glass door/window cleaning, drain flushing, cubicle top cleaning, stair‑rail polishing.
• Bi‑annual tasks: carpet shampoo, tile strip & wax.
• Work must occur between 5:00 PM‑5:30 PM; no work permitted 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
• Contractor must provide safety management, a detailed schedule, and coordinate any changes in writing.
