Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking quotes for the purchase and delivery of floor scrubbers. The quote should include the price, specifications, and any other relevant information. The successful quoter will be required to provide the floor scrubbers in accordance with the specifications and terms of the contract. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible quoter whose quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the County.
• The floor scrubbers should meet all State and Federal Safety regulations.
• The quoter should provide a copy of all applicable Certificates of Competency or Licenses issued by the State of Florida or the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board.
• The quoter should maintain a current Local Business Tax Receipt (Occupational License) for Palm Beach County and all permits required to complete the contractual service at no additional cost to Palm Beach County.
• The quoter should comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and provide equal opportunity for subcontractors, subconsultants, vendors, and suppliers to participate in all of its public sector and private sector subcontracting and supply opportunities.
• The quoter should provide a detailed scope of work and certify that all products meet all ANSI, NFPA, and other Federal and State requirements.
