CALL 1 – SECURE ENCLAVE CHIPLETS_Amendment 2

The United States Air Force (USAF) is seeking white papers for the development of Secure Enclave Chiplets, which are highly reusable, secure, and interoperable chiplet architectures tailored for high-demand mission areas. The selected contractor will be required to design and deliver a chiplet that meets the USAF's requirements, and the project is expected to last 12 months. The contractor will need to collaborate with Intel Government Technologies to test the Secure Enclave design center. Some key aspects of the project include: * Analyzing current and future USAF requirements and describing how the proposed chiplet advances USAF capability * Designing a highly reusable and capable Multi-Chip Package (MCP) architecture * Delivering a fully functional software Transaction Level Model (TLM) representing the proposed chiplet architecture * Ensuring the designed chiplet is interoperable with 3rd-party chiplets * Establishing and validating assembly and verification workflows exclusively within the Secure Enclave * Mapping the final chiplet design directly to multiple distinct USAF Programs of Record (PoRs) * Coordinating with relevant USAF and Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Program Managers to document and validate specific PoR insertion requirements and timelines.
