Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide quarterly compressor maintenance services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing hospital compressor systems at three separate locations. The contract will have a base period of performance from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The contractor must have experience working with compressor systems in healthcare or large commercial facilities and must provide a detailed explanation of how they will implement and manage the contract work to ensure compliance with OSHA construction standards, life safety issues, and security measures.
