The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is seeking a qualified vendor to design, supply, and execute a Fourth‑of‑July fireworks display in 2026. The contractor must develop a detailed display plan that fits within a $32,000 budget, secure all required permits, coordinate safety and fire‑department inspections, and synchronize the fireworks with a contracted concert performer. The event will be held at Parsippany Hills High School on July 4 (or July 5 if rain) and must comply with New Jersey statutes, DOT/FAA regulations, and insurance requirements.
• Provide a complete fireworks show description (shell count, sizes ≤ 6‑inch, 20‑25 min duration) within the $32,000 cap.
• Deliver all licensing, safety certifications, insurance certificates, business registration, EEO/AA compliance, non‑collusion affidavit, ownership disclosure, and Iran investment certification.
• Coordinate with the Township’s fire prevention department and a separate concert performer for timing and safety.
• Submit a sealed RFP response by March 24, 2026 10:00 AM; proposals are opened publicly thereafter.
