Description
The State of Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to supply boiler chemicals and provide treatment services for the Colorado Transportation Center Facility (CTCF). The scope includes the provision, delivery, and proper application of chemicals used to prevent scale, corrosion, and fouling in industrial boiler systems, as well as routine maintenance and documentation of treatment activities. Vendors must submit a documented quote that meets the state’s procurement rules and thresholds.
• Supply of approved boiler chemicals (e.g., oxygen scavengers, phosphates, condensate treatments)
• On‑site chemical dosing and treatment application
• Routine monitoring, testing, and reporting of boiler water quality
• Compliance with Colorado procurement regulations (Rule R‑24‑103‑201‑01)
• Ability to meet the CTCF schedule and safety requirements
