Description
The State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking proposals for the provision of a cloud-based or off-site hosted solution for Glencliff Home's Electronic Health Records (EHR) management system. The selected vendor will provide hosting, operations support, and maintenance of the EHR system. The project aims to support Glencliff in delivering long-term psychiatric and medical care to residents with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses. Key aspects of the project include implementation, training, and ongoing support.
• The EHR system must meet specific technical requirements and be compatible with the State's existing systems.
• The vendor must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, experience, and qualifications.
