National E-Commerce Marketplace

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is seeking a reputable online e-commerce marketplace to service TIPS Members efficiently and effectively nationwide. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") contract, which will provide an indefinite quantity of supplies/services during a fixed period of time. The selected proposer(s) will be required to supply an online, e-commerce marketplace for the purchase and delivery of goods to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations in the United States. • The contract will be for a fixed period of time, but the exact duration is not specified. • The selected proposer(s) must be able to provide goods in the mandated categories to TIPS Members nationwide through their national e-commerce marketplace. • The solicitation is open to all reputable online e-commerce marketplaces that can meet the requirements specified in the solicitation. • The contract will be awarded to the most reliable, high-performance proposer(s) that can supply an online, e-commerce marketplace for the purchase and delivery of goods to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations in the United States.
