Description
The North Carolina ABC Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for their office complex located at 400 East Tryon Road, Raleigh, North Carolina. The contract will consist of an all-inclusive janitorial service, including labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to keep the contracted areas clean and properly supplied. The initial term of the contract will be one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning services.
• The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on January 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
• The vendor must submit their bid through the Sourcing Tool by January 12, 2026.
• The vendor must provide pricing information, including a completed pricing form.
• The vendor must provide customer references and certification of financial condition.
