The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is issuing an Indefinite Delivery‑Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) RFP for “Promotional Products.” Vendors will be selected to provide a broad catalog of customizable school‑branded items (e.g., pens, bags, drink bottles, mugs, stress toys, umbrellas, key chains, hats, stickers, sunglasses, headphones, calendars, magnets, etc.) on an as‑needed basis for EPIC6 member agencies and eligible non‑profits. The agreement will run for five years with an annual renewal option; there is no guaranteed purchase volume, and multiple vendors may be awarded. Proposals are evaluated on a minimum score of 70 points, with price, availability, and delivery as key factors. A 1.5 % vendor‑paid fee is assessed on invoiced sales.
